Try On

Why can't I use the virtual try-on?

Some of our glasses are not yet available for try-on, although we try to make them available as soon as possible.
There are 4 things you can do to make sure that you can try the glasses on using our virtual try-on:
Make sure you select“try-on” available glasses using our filters at the top of the page;
Make sure you get yourself connected with stable internet:
Make sure your camera permissions are enabled;
Make sure there's nothing blocking your camera's view

Why do the glasses I received look different from when I tried them on?

Firstly, our try-on offers an ideal looks of you wearing on the glasses. The Pupillary Distance (PD) is the physical distance between your pupils. If you choose to try on without a PD, you're able to see how the frame will look on your face, but the size may be off.
If you want a specific fit and size, you can check our blog to get the proper number on your frame width or other dimensions.
