What are shipping costs and delivery times?

  • We offer three shipping turnaround options for our U.S. customers:

    USPS Standard (6-13 business days): $4.95

    FedEx Priority (5-10 business days): $12.95

    FedEx Express (4-8 business days): $23.95

    Please note that these time frames represent the total time it takes to create your custom glasses order and have it delivered to you. This includes the production time in our lab and the shipping time to your location. If your glasses are ready before the specified time frame, we'll send them out as soon as possible. However, due to unforeseen shipping delays with carriers, the listed days indicate when you can expect your order to be in your hands.

    Additionally, for orders over $89, we offer free shipping with USPS Standard. You also have the option to upgrade to FedEx Priority for $8 or FedEx Express for $19.

What countries do you ship to?

  • We ship glasses to a variety of countries, and you can find the complete list on the Payment Page. Simply click on the Country drop-down window, as shown in the picture on the left, to access the list displayed on the right.

What form of payments do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, PayPal Express, and FSA/HSA cards with the associated credit card logos.

Can I use my FSA (flexible spending account) or HSA (health care saving account) card?

  • Yes, you can! If your HSA or FSA card has a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logo, you can use it just like a regular credit card for your eyewear purchase.

    If your plan requires an itemized receipt, our customer support team can provide you with a PDF copy upon request. This ensures you have all the necessary documentation for reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance?

  • While we don't accept insurance directly, our pricing is designed to be competitive with what you would typically pay out of pocket with insurance when buying eyewear. We are happy to provide an itemized receipt upon request for out-of-network reimbursement, and our responsive support team is here to assist you.
