Will the points expire?
Your points will never expire as long as there is any reward activity posted to your account within 18 months
Will I be reminded before my points expire?
You will receive a reminder email about one month before your points are expired, be sure to add service@mail.payneglasses.com to your address book
Can I check how many points have I earned?
Reward summary and detailed activities are available from your account
Will there be any change to the points to earn on each product or amount to redeem?
Payne Glasses may adjust the points to earn on qualified product purchases or the amount to be redeemed each year, and
we could also award more points to qualified purchases during certain promotion periods.
Why don't my order (cart) earn points?
You must be a Payne Rewards member to earn points. Please note that orders that include a discount or sale, orders that redeem points, and orders that are part of an exchange do not earn points.
How do I know how many points to be earned on my order?
If you are Payne Rewards member and have logged in, the points to be earned should be displayed on shopping cart page, order confirm page, Your Rewards Summary pages, also on your order confirmation email.
